free雖然有免費的意思，但不是完全沒有任何限制，一般的freeware是指個人在家庭的非商業行為下，是免費的，但不能在一般公司的電腦安裝使用。自己的NB帶到公司有公事之用，也是不行的。
特別要提一點，學校單位也是歸類在商業場所(學店？！？！
)
